All OJ clients willing to use our services and willing to have subscription for OJ services have to agree with terms and conditions provided by OJ.
OJ reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Services at any time, with or without prior notice to you. In the event of such discontinuation or modification, OJ will refund any fees paid by you on your request, for the remaining period of any Subscription Plan, as the case may be.
OJ clients must be fully familiarized with OJ Term and Conditions as well as Privacy Policy when they choose Subscription Plan. This is obligation OJ client are taking on their own responsibility. After OJ client choose to subscribe to one of OJ suggested Plans, no refunding will be available.
As OJ subscribed client has all access to offered information, which is an Intellectual Property of OJ and cannot be distributed to any third parties. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, OJ will have the right to terminate your OJ account immediately, with or without prior notice to you. In the event of such termination, you will not be entitled to use the Services or to receive any refunds for the remaining portion of your subscription time.
If OJ client is not satisfied with amount of information he got from OJ service, clients is free to enter his private account and cancel subscription for Subscription Plan he has chosen before without any refunding.
In a situation if OJ client made a mistake during registration of Subscription Plan he should immediately contact OJ 24/7 Support with clear explanation of situation. OJ Support team reserves a right to reply to such complain and respond with decision in 48-hour period. OJ Support team will respond with possible solution or refund possibility.
